Hopewell High School, 1979, Pennsylvania State University, 1982, and Saint Mary’s University School of Law, 1986.

Attorney Tocci has litigated various types of personal injury cases such as auto accidents, falls, insurance bad faith issues and nursing home negligence to verdict as lead or co-counsel. Many of the verdicts and settlements have been published in various legal and professional publications such as the PA Law Weekly, PA Jury Verdict, Review & Analysis. Attorney Tocci is a past Assistant Prosecutor for the Beaver County District Attorney’s Office and is an active member of the Beaver County Bar Association serving as Bar President (2012-2013), Board of Governors, Mock Trial, Charitable Giving, Civil Rules and Family Rules Committees. Attorney Tocci serves on the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Board of Governors. Finally Attorney Tocci serves on various community related activities such as the Penn State Alumni Society and serves on the Executive Committee for this Advisory Board of Penn State, Beaver.
